F5 (Refresh): A Mid-Day Mindfulness Practice

These 30-minute sessions are designed to help reduce stress, release tension, improve focus, revitalize energy, foster community, and promote overall well-being over your lunch break, or wherever you are in your day.
Each class and instructor will be unique, but a typical class will explore meditation, gentle movement and stretching, breathwork, solo & group reflection exercises, and/or related practices. No prior experience, special clothing, or equipment is required—come as you are!
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early for check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot allow entry once the practice begins.
